Top 20: NASA Considers Adding IT Professional Services to SEWP

Industry questions about NASA’s upcoming $20 billion-plus Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement VI prompted responses that point to an increased role for IT professional services vendors on the contract vehicle.

NASA said it is considering adding IT professional services to the SEWP VI scope of work, according to information posted about two industry day conferences held in November and February. An emerging outline of SEWP VI’s potential scope of work is among responses to 186 questions.

Bloomberg Government contract data shows services purchases on the current SEWP V IT vehicle more than doubled from fiscal 2018 to fiscal 2022.
