ThunderYard Liberty Keeps VA’s $276 Million Data Program Award

ThunderYard Liberty JV LLC, a joint venture between ThunderYard and Booz Allen Hamilton, can move forward with a $276 million US Department of Veterans Affairs task order to provide IT services, the GAO said in a decision released Friday.

Protester H2 Technology Group LLC, which is mentor-protégé joint venture between protégé HigherEchelon, Inc. and mentor Science Applications International Corporation, failed to show that the VA improperly assessed several weaknesses to its proposal concerning the agency’s data and analytics integrated modernization and operations program, or DAIMO, the US Government Accountability Office said.
