Terra Klean Solutions Inc. failed to show the U.S. Army erred in awarding Teya Enterprises LLC a $55 million contract for healthcare environmental cleaning services to be performed at the Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center in Fort Hood, Texas, the GAO said in a decision released Friday.
