TekSynap Keeps Defense Logistics Agency’s $87 Million IT Award

TekSynap Corp. can perform an $87 million task order for IT support services issued under the Defense Logistics Agency’s J6 Enterprise Technology Services multiple-award contract, the GAO said in a decision released Thursday.

Protester 22nd Century Technologies Inc. didn’t show that the agency erred by not acknowledging several key personnel strengths in its bid, the Government Accountability Office said.

It wasn’t unreasonable for the agency to conclude that not every positive feature in the bid represented a separate strength, the GAO said.
