Tech Firms Allowed to Protest $5.5 Billion GSA Procurement

Sirius Federal LLC, CounterTrade Products Inc., and Blue Tech Inc. have standing to protest being denied blanket purchase agreements as team leads under the GSA’s $5.5 billion IT procurement even though they won other awards in the procurement as members of contracting teams, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims said.

CDW Govenment LLC is also protesting, but motions to dismiss didn’t challenge its standing.

Awardee-intervenors Telos Corp. and Red River Technology argued the three companies automatically lacked standing because their award wins as team members meant they didn’t have direct economic interests in whether the GSA acted improperly as to ...
