Tactical Air Support Will Be Reimbursed for Air Force Protest

Tactical Air Support Inc. won its request to be reimbursed for legal fees it incurred while the US Air Force unduly delayed a protest decision over an adversary air service training contract.

Tactical challenged the best-value tradeoff decision made by the Air Force, saying that it was based on a faulty technical evaluation and that it was competitively prejudiced.
