A whistleblower and Synnex Corp. reached a settlement that will end a False Claims Act case alleging that the company improperly sold IT products to the US government with parts made by
Matthew MacDowell and Synnex told the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in a Thursday filing that they reached a settlement Feb. 27 following mediation.
The parties are still finalizing documentation, and will submit a voluntary dismissal motion once the agreement is finalized and settlement funds are paid, the filing said.
