Supreme Court Won’t Review VA Contract Termination Challenge

The US Supreme Court said Monday that it won’t consider whether the US Department of Veterans Affairs improperly terminated Servant Health LLC’s contract to supply nitrile examination gloves during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Servant Health and other contractors challenged VA termination decisions at the US Court of Federal Claims. That court backed the VA in a 2022 decision, and the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit affirmed in September 2024.
