SupplyCore Inc. should have more time to pursue its claim that the Defense Logistics Agency breached its duty of good faith and fair dealing under a contract to supply goggles and spectacles manufactured by Oakley Inc., the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals said in an opinion released Tuesday.
SupplyCore asserts that the agency had communications with Oakley that impaired the ability to obtain reasonable pricing.
