STG International Inc. is protesting its exclusion from a medical staffing support procurement by US Immigration and Customs Enforcement at the US Court of Federal Claims, a recent filing shows.
The complaint was filed under seal, but a public motion filed Tuesday shows that the company wants to file a redacted complaint with the court.
STG’s filing refers to its unsuccessful protest of the nearly $3 billion procurement at the Government Accountability Office.
