State Department’s Elimination of Iraq Support Contractor Upheld

Acuity-CHS Middle East LLC lost its challenge to the US Department of State’s conclusion that an organizational conflict of interest requires barring the company from providing medical services to US personnel.

The US Court of Federal Claims dismissed the suit, according to a Tuesday order by Judge Richard A. Hertling. The court’s opinion was filed under seal.
