Small businesses selling to federal agencies would have more opportunities to get spots on multiple-award contracts following White House guidance issued Thursday.
Agencies are encouraged to plan for on-ramps to long-term contracts in the document from the Office of Management and Budget laying out ways to increase participation of small vendors in the federal procurement market.
