SLS Says Navy Ignored Court in $5 Billion Procurement Protest

SLS Federal Services LLC is again challenging the US Navy’s management of a global contingency construction procurement worth up to $5 billion.

Following an SLS protest filed last year, the US Court of Federal Claims enjoined the procurement, which stopped performance of six contract awardees. The Navy’s Facilities and Engineering Systems Command conducted an inadequate pricing reasonableness evaluation, the court ruled Jan. 10.
