SI Wireless LLC says the US government owes it $157 million for breaching their agreement to remove
The government’s failure to timely and fully compensate SI Wireless violates the Secure Networks Act, which Congress enacted to address national security threats, the company told the US Court of Federal Claims in a Thursday complaint.
Congress was concerned that Chinese telecommunications companies like Huawei were susceptible to “state influence” over their business operations, the complaint says.
