Seventh Sense to Perform $25 Million NASA Support Contract

Seventh Sense Consulting will perform a $25 million contract to provide NASA with acquisition support services, the Government Accountability Office said.

Protester FEDSYNC BEI LLC couldn’t show that the award was improper because NASA didn’t require bidders to submit direct labor rates in their proposals, the GAO said.

This protest challenge to the terms of NASA’s solicitation was untimely, the GAO said.

FEDSYNC also failed to show it should have received a higher past performance rating from NASA, the GAO said.
