Servant Health LLC is urging the US Supreme Court to consider whether the US Department of Veterans Affairs improperly terminated its contract to supply nitrile examination gloves during the Covid-19 pandemic.
The Supreme Court should assess whether the VA erroneously failed to consider excusable delays caused by global shipping disruptions, including the Suez Canal blockage, when it declined to grant the contractor an extension, Servant Health said in its petition for writ of certiorari docketed April 17.
