SAIC Drops Challenge to $450 Million Air Force Cloud Contract

Science Applications International Corp. ended its federal protest of the US Air Force’s decision to award Leidos Inc. a $450 million cloud computing contract.

SAIC filed Thursday a notice of voluntary dismissal with the US Court of Federal Claims, saying it abandoned the protest based on its review of the administrative record, and “out of consideration for the mission of the U.S. Air Force.” The case is now closed.
