B&O Joint Venture LLC properly received a $78 million dormitory management services contract award from the Department of Homeland Security, a federal court said.
Safeguard Base Operations LLC failed to show the department unfairly disqualified its bid for failing to include certain pricing information, said Judge Marian Blank Horn of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims in a ruling made public Aug. 12.
Safeguard’s omission was material because it hindered the department’s ability to evaluate bids, the court said.
