RGNext Wants to End Protest of $4 Billion Space Force Contract

Range Generation Next LLC told a federal court that it wants to drop its protest of the US Space Force’s decision to award Jacobs Technology Inc. a $4 billion maximum value contract for space launch operation services.

RGNext—a joint venture of Raytheon Co. and General Dynamics Information Technology Inc.—submitted Tuesday a notice of voluntary dismissal with the US Court of Federal Claims. Counsel for Jacobs declined to comment. Neither counsel for RGNext nor the US Department of Justice immediately responded to a request for comment.
