Resource Management’s $108 Million Task Order Withstands Protest

Resource Management Concepts Inc. can move forward with a $108 million task order to provide the US Navy with enterprise network cyber defense services, the Government Accountability Office said in a decision released Wednesday.

Protester Cask Technologies LLC wasn’t an “interested party” eligible to challenge the award, the GAO said, because its proposal was technically unacceptable due to the unavailability of key personnel.

Cask didn’t dispute that key personnel became unavailable after the submission of proposals, but the company argued that if it won a challenge to the contract award, the Navy would then engage in interchanges with Cask to ...
