Red River Keeps $68 Million Fort Knox Logistics Order From Army

Red River Science & Technology LLC can move forward with a $68 million task order for logistics support services at Fort Knox in Kentucky, after a protester failed to prove in court that the US Army wrongly eliminated its bid.

Gemini Tech Services LLC didn’t show that the Army improperly eliminated it for proposing costs in a manner that violated solicitation requirements, Judge Armando O.
