Raytheon Loses Challenge to BAE’s Navy Decoy System Contract

BAE Systems Information and Electronic Systems Integration Inc. is cleared to perform a sole-source contract under a procurement to develop a dual band decoy for the US Navy, according to a Thursday court judgment.
