RCG of North Carolina LLC failed to show the Department of Veterans Affairs improperly awarded RAS Enterprise LLC three short-term sole-source contracts worth around $1 million to provide medical grade bulk liquid oxygen and associated services, the GAO said in a decision released Tuesday.
RCG argued that the Veterans Benefits Act and its implementing regulation required the VA to conduct a competition among service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses.
