The whistleblower, didn’t adequately allege that the company violated the False Claims Act by billing federal health-care programs after overlooking prescription “red flags,” Judge Tom Barber of the US District Court for the Middle District of Florida said in a Wednesday order to dismiss the suit with prejudice.
