The Navy’s award of a $58 million task order for IT services to PSI Pax Inc. will stand because protester HumanTouch LLC failed to show that the the agency improperly eliminated its bid for failing to submit a resume for a key person, the GAO said in a decision released Thursday.
HumanTouch didn’t show that the the solicitation didn’t require it to provide a resume for an unidentified prospective hire who would work during the four 1-year option years of the task order, the Government Accountability Office said.
