Protesters Stay Shut Out of GSA’s $50 Billion Procurement: Court

Dynetics Inc. failed to show that the General Services Administration unreasonably canceled its award under a $50 billion information technology procurement known as the Alliant 2 governmentwide acquisition contract, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims said.

The agency reasonably decided that the company’s failure to submit a required past experience report lowered its proposal score, and this change meant Dynetics was no longer among the dozens of other awardees, Judge Edward J. Damich said.
