Prism Maritime LLC can proceed with a $223 million contract to provide the US Navy with alteration installation team services and in-service engineering support, the GAO said in a decision released Tuesday.
Protester Delphinus Engineering Inc. failed to show that the Navy erred by not assigning multiple additional strengths to its bid under the technical approach element, the US Government Accountability Office said. The contract requires providing services to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division’s onboard ships and land-based facilities, including government laboratories.
