Pond Keeps $1.1 Billion Army Security Guard Services Contract

Pond Security Service GmbH is cleared to perform a nearly $1.1 billion security guard services contract at US Army garrisons in Germany, the US Government Accountability Office said.

Protester Continuity Global Solutions LLC failed to show that the Army should have assigned its bid a higher past performance rating, or that the agency unreasonably passed on its lower-priced proposal, the GAO said in a decision released Monday.
