Pinnacle Solutions Retains $368 Million Air Force Training Award

PTC Solutions JV LLC failed to show in its protest that the US Air Force mistakenly awarded Pinnacle Solutions LLC a $368 million order for a T-7A aircraft maintenance training system, the Government Accountability Office said.

The Air Force reasonably found that PTC’s plan to rely on the aircraft manufacturer as a subcontractor presented a moderate risk of unsuccessful performance, the GAO said in a decision made public Tuesday.
