Aery Aviation LLC lost its protest of the US Navy’s decision to award Phoenix Air Group a contract to help personnel simulate airborne threats, known as Contracted Air Electronic Warfare Jet Services.
The US Court of Federal Claims said in a Nov. 21 judgment that it granted the government’s motion for judgment on the administrative record. Judge Richard A. Hertling’s opinion is under seal.
