SimVentions Inc. lost its protest of the Navy’s award of a $76 million task order to Peraton Inc. to provide cybersecurity engineering support services for Naval Warfare Center activities in Virginia.
SimVentions argued that the Navy improperly viewed its bid as technically unacceptable, and overstated the performance risk presented in the bid.
But the agency reasonably concluded that SimVentions failed to adequately address solicitation requirements for testing and evaluation, the Government Accountability Office said.
