PeopleTec Inc. can move forward with a $270 million task order to provide the US Army’s Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office with program management, scientific, engineering, and other services, the GAO said in a decision released Tuesday.
Protester Quantum Research International Inc., which submitted a $307 million bid, failed to show PeopleTec made a representation about its past performance that required its disqualification from the competition, the Government Accountability Office said.
