Advanced Technology International has received the award of an other transaction agreement to serve as the consortium manager for the Defense Industrial Base Consortium, according to the Department of Defense Wednesday.
This DIBC OTA will grant access to commercial solutions for defense requirements and innovations from industry, academia, and non-traditional contractors.

The agreement will have a ten-year period of performance and no funding ceiling, said DOD.
