Medicaid health plan vendor Ideal Concepts Inc. will continue to face a former sales director’s claim that the company violated the Pennsylvania Whistleblower Law by firing him for calling attention to an allegedly improper business practice.
Michael Smith has sufficiently alleged wrongdoing within the meaning of the whistleblower law by claiming that Ideal Concepts was going to violate the federal WARN Act by planning to lay off more than 50 employees without notice, Judge Joseph F.
