Hometown Veterans Medical LLC showed that the US Department of Veterans Affairs improperly eliminated it from a procurement to provide home oxygen services for patients served by an Alabama medical center, the GAO said in a decision released Wednesday.
Eliminating Hometown Veterans’ proposal for not submitting copies of two representations/certifications was unreasonable because the solicitation didn’t clearly require them, the Government Accountability Office said.
