Oxford Federal LLC reached a settlement with the federal government in a dispute concerning costs under a US Army Corps of Engineers contract to rehabilitate a taxiway at an Israeli air force base.
The parties told the US Court of Federal Claims in their May 22 joint stipulation of dismissal that they executed a settlement Jan. 16. Terms of the agreement weren’t made available, and the parties didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.
