Owner of Florida Jet Company Settles Misused PPP Loan Claims

The owner of a Florida jet charter company will pay $287,055 to settle allegations he misappropriated Payment Protection Program loan funds for his personal expenses, the Justice Department said.

Seth A. Bernstein, owner of All in Jets LLC, which does business as JetReady, allegedly applied for and received a nearly $1.2 million PPP loan in April 2020, and spent nearly $100,000 of the funds to pay for personal, non-company related expenses, the DOJ said in a Thursday announcement.
