Orion Government Services LLC ended its protest of McCarthy Building Cos. Inc.'s $182 million US Army Corps of Engineers contract for construction and dredging services in the Houston Ship Channel.
Orion filed a voluntary notice of dismissal with the US Court of Federal Claims Feb. 21, which dismissed the case the same day. Counsel for Orion didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.
