Oracle Urges Justices to Review JEDI Cloud Contract, Conflicts

Oracle America Inc. wants the U.S. Supreme Court to revive its challenge to the U.S. Department of Defense’s $10 billion cloud procurement known as JEDI, which Oracle says was unlawfully restricted to one vendor and tainted by conflicts of interest.

Oracle unsuccessfully argued in its pre-award protest that DOD’s single source approach violated its own rules and that the procurement should be restarted because of the improper involvement of Pentagon employees who went on to work for Amazon after helping to design the plan.
