OptumServe Moves to Protect $1.6 Billion Contract From Protest

OptumServe Health Services Inc. is seeking to intervene in LTS Health Partners LLC’s protest of a contract worth up to $1.6 billion to support the US Defense Health Agency.

The company filed an unopposed motion to intervene with the US Court of Federal Claims Monday; LTS filed its protest under seal on May 8.

  • The contract, announced April 16, is for military personnel health services under Remote Health Readiness Program 4
