Nonprofit Open Technology Fund is accusing the US Agency for Global Media of unlawfully withholding grant funds authorized by Congress.
The US District Court for the District of Columbia should order the agency to end its unlawful refusal to honor a funding request from Open Technology, which said in its complaint Thursday that it has a congressionally mandated mission to advance internet freedom and counter censorship worldwide.
