ODL’s Air Force Contract Protest Dismissed After Agency Action

ODL Services’ protest of an Air Force contract for MC-12 aircraft tactical system operator training support services is dismissed because the agency took corrective action, the GAO said in a decision released Tuesday.

Oscar Deuce LLC, which does business as ODL Services, protested after Vector Solutions Inc. received the contract in February. The agency then announced that it intended to make a new best-value and award determination, and take any other corrective action it deemed appropriate.

Because the corrective action may result in a different award decision, it renders ODL’s challenges academic, the Government Accountability Office said.
