Novilo Technology Solutions LLC says US Customs and Border Protection made errors when it reviewed labor information before eliminating its bid and awarding IT contracts to two other companies under a $600 million procurement.
The US Court of Federal Claims should halt contract performance, require re-evaluation of Novilo’s proposal, and make an award decision that complies with solicitation terms, Novilo said in a complaint made public Wednesday.
