Northrop Grumman, US Defeat Raytheon’s Missile System Protest

The US government’s selection of Northrop Grumman Systems Corp. to provide a new missile defense system under an “other transaction” agreement worth $650 million withstood Raytheon Co.'s protest.

The US Court of Federal Claims granted the government and Northrop Grumman judgment on the administrative record, a Wednesday judgment said.
