Northrop Grumman Slams Protest for Throwing ‘Dirt’ at Awards

Novetta Inc.'s protest of contract awards under a $7.5 billion IT procurement is an attempt to “throw dirt” at the Defense Information Systems Agency’s decisions in the hope that something sticks, Northrop Grumman Systems Corp. told the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.

Novetta’s myriad disagreements with the agency’s technical evaluation don’t justify overturning the 15 awards, including Northrop Grumman’s $270 million contract, it told the U.S. Court of Federal Claims in its redacted cross-motion for judgment on the administrative record.
