Northrop Grumman, Defense Agency Resolve Pension Cost Dispute

Northrop Grumman Corp. resolved its dispute with the US Defense Contract Management Agency over the proper reimbursement to the company of pension costs under a $2 billion unmanned aerial vehicle contract.

The parties reached a settlement in the two appeals, Administrative Judge David B. Stinson of the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals said in an order made public Wednesday. Counsel for Northrop Grumman declined to comment. The agency didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.
