Noble Supply’s Defense Logistics Procurement Protest Rejected

Noble Supply & Logistics LLC lost its challenge to a Defense Logistics Agency procurement to provide construction supplies and equipment in several regions throughout the US.

The government and intervenor ASRC Federal Facilities Logistics LLC won judgment on the administrative record, Judge Richard A. Hertling of the US Court of Federal Claims said in a Monday order. A public version of the opinion will be released at a later date.

The procurement is worth between $11 billion and $23 billion, according to Bloomberg Government.

Noble Supply sued under seal July 19.
