Gama-1 Technologies LLC can perform a $123 million IT services task order for the US National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration despite a rival’s claim that the agency failed to evaluate a corporate transaction involving the awardee, the GAO said in a decision released Monday.
Spatial Front Inc., which made a $72 million bid, didn’t demonstrate in its protest that the agency failed to reasonably consider how Axle Venture LLC’s acquisition of Gama-1 would affect task order performance, the US Government Accountability Office said.
