The US National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration can move forward with its procurement for technical support services despite a protest alleging the agency didn’t adequately address an inadvertent pricing data disclosure, GAO said in a decision released Wednesday.
Propel Solutions LLC failed to show that the agency’s investigation into the release of information from its joint venture member was unreasonable, or that the agency failed to consider the risk of competitive harm, the US Government Accountability Office said.
