Nightwing Says Leidos Used Inside Information to Win Contract

Nightwing Intelligence Solutions LLC wants a US court to stop Leidos Inc. from performing a $2.4 billion maximum value cybersecurity services contract for the US Department of Homeland Security, contending it won the contract with inside information.

The decision to select Leidos “was riddled with fatal errors,” including the department’s failure to properly consider a competitive advantage conflict from Leidos’ hiring of a former DHS IT specialist, Nightwing said in a complaint with the US Court of Federal Claims made public on Thursday.
